Certified TEN Naturopath

“Understanding people and building bridges — that’s my passion.“
Real change requires insight. Without it, much remains at the surface. That’s why my work is about taking a closer look together and making connections visible. From this comes the clarity for decisions that feel right and solutions that hold. I meet you as an equal, trusting that much of what you need is already within you. The focus is not on individual methods, but on the person behind them — with their need to be seen, understood, and taken seriously.
My fascination with naturopathy didn’t grow out of mere curiosity, but out of the sheer necessity to understand. At one point in my life, the usual answers were no longer enough. Out of that grew an intensive engagement with the question of what truly helps people heal, regain their joy in life, and develop lasting vitality — so they can shape their own lives wholeheartedly.
I have studied and personally experienced healing and medical systems from many parts of the world. My aim was never to follow any single system, but to recognize and connect what repeats itself across cultures, traditions, and methods. What supports regeneration — and what does it take for change to be more than a short-term effect and truly hold up in a person’s life?
Nature and stillness have remained my most important teachers. They remind me that true happiness lies in simplicity and blossoms from within.
