The world of alternative and energetic medicine, along with the power of self-healing, has been part of my life since childhood. Early on, I got to experience just how soothing and strengthening therapeutic treatments can be. I often lay on the table at my mother’s, receiving craniosacral touch whether I wanted it or not. These experiences shape and inspire me to this day, and they led me to the profession of naturopath. 

Children often still follow their body’s signals quite intuitively. They sense what’s good for them, whether that’s rest and sleep, running barefoot across a meadow, spending time in nature, or simply allowing their emotions. It’s exactly this innate trust in one’s own body that I want to strengthen in my therapeutic work with my clients. For me, the focus isn’t only on physical complaints, but also on a person’s inner and emotional sides. 

In my treatments, it’s important to me to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. Together we look at what your body needs in the moment to come back into balance. Depending on what you need, I work with manual methods such as foot reflexology, personalized herbal tinctures, craniosacral touch, or other approaches from Traditional European Naturopathy. Always tailored to the person and their personal life situation.

The human body and mind fascinate me again and again, how different and yet how alike we all are. I’d be glad to accompany you for part of this journey.
