“I’m convinced that well-being is within everyone’s reach. For me, the most beautiful thing is when my patients can leave the room feeling lighter after their treatment — whether it’s tension, something emotional, everyday stress, or symptoms they were able to let go of.

A massage can be a wonderful way to nurture your inner well-being on every level and get it flowing again. I would describe myself as working intuitively. With my high sensitivity and empathetic nature, I quickly sense what a person needs in that very moment. Drawing on my knowledge of naturopathy — with herbal medicine and nutrition based on TEN being especially important to me — I can offer gentle, personalized support, with the consultation guided closely by each person’s life situation and symptoms.

In manual treatment, cupping, foot reflexology, and moxa round out my work. I’ve always enjoyed working one-on-one with people, which is why, after my initial training in nursing, I decided to pursue naturopathy. From my own personal experience with health complaints, I know how helpful it is to have a nonjudgmental, trusted person to turn to who supports you therapeutically. And also how liberating it can feel when you’re able to influence your own symptoms and, in doing so, regain control over your well-being. I want to offer my patients that same experience.”
